stary stary night!
HAHA! It was one of the funniest nights!
ellie, joy, denise & i went to yuqi's house for dinner first ((: think we kinda raided her kitchen & her fridge! denise & went HIGH! we YAM SENG-ED to jelly! -_- then in the lift, denise thought that the 2 girls in the lift were laughing at her height! they just burst out in laughter & their parents were like glaring at them! so hilarious!
ooh. & we walked one whole round ajc to the entrance. should have listened to joy & turned left :( when we reached, we found out there was only 8 ppl from our school attending this. like right. & in the LT, there were a few more anderson sec ppl. it was awkward silence at first before it started then throughout the talk, i burst out in laughter so many times! the guy was so funny lah! "the sun will fry your eyeballs! but though u still have one left, u wouldn't want to be single-visioned. & that eyeball wouldn't taste good anyway!" i think i embarassed myself laughing silly, i turned to denise & we laughed out again...
after the talk, we went to this room for the planetarium show. then there was this huge balloon-like thingy sitting in the room. didnt know what was it till the guy told us to crawl in the tunnel. we were like "WHAT?!?" & burst out in laughter again. i couldn't crawl in properly cos everyone was laughing the way in & so was i! then we sat in the dome & he turned off the lights so we could get used to the dark. then ppl from outside the dome were talking & calling out to him & so he had to turn on the lights again. LOL! dunno how many times he turned on & off the lights! i think the dome was so cool! there was this globe thingy in the middle where the different stars and constellations could be projected in the dome!
then after, we went out to the track to see the stars through telescopes & binoculars. we were laughing like crazy when we saw "grace fu" on some signboard thing! then denise came up with funny names like "hopeful, wonderful, fruitful, & very full! haha. i think the other ppl in the school thought we were crazy! anyway, we saw many many stars! i saw a red & a blue one together, it was the southern star! ((: & i saw the moon like real close! HAHA! then we started to take the binoculars & spyed at the units in yuqi's condo! ((: saw many constellations too!
overall, i think it was quite a nice experience! joy said it was romantic indeed.. haha, i was persuading her to take it as a dinner date then a star-gazing session! :D
